Wrangler® x 2025 WNFR Artist Guitar Sweepstakes Official Rules

NO PURCHASE REQUIRED TO ENTER. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. INTERNET ACCESS AND VALID E-MAIL ADDRESS REQUIRED. MANY WILL ENTER, ONLY ONE WILL WIN.

1. Eligibility

The Wrangler x 2025 WNFR Sweepstakes (this “Sweepstakes”) is offered only in the 50 United States including the District of Columbia and is open only to legal residents of such jurisdictions who, as of date of entry, are at least 21. If you are not an eligible entrant, you may not enter. Employees, officers and directors of Kontoor Brands Inc. (“Sponsor”) and their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings, spouse), wherever they may live, and others living in their same household (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win the prize. Void outside of U.S. and where prohibited by law. By entering, entrants accept and agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects and not subject to appeal.

The 2025 Wrangler National Finals Rodeo (WNFR) will take place December 4-13, 2025 at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas. This Sweepstakes is one way Wrangler is celebrating the WNFR but there is no requirement to attend the WNFR to enter or win. This Sweepstakes is conducted online only. If you enter this Sweepstakes while you happen to be attending the WNFR, you represent that you did not purchase admission or travel to the WNFR venue merely to enter this Sweepstakes.

2. Entry. All entries must be received by December 13, 2025 at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time (PT).

Sweepstakes begins on December 4, 2025 at 9:00:01 a.m. PST and ends on December 13, 2025 at 11:59:59 p.m. PST (“Entry Period”). During the Entry Period, visit www.wrangler.com/sweepstakes.html (“Entry Site”) to enter by completing and submitting the entry form with your first name, last name, and the email address where you may be notified by email on or after the end of the Entry Period if your entry is selected as a potential Grand Prize winner. We may also email you offers of interest from Wrangler, which have no effect on your chance to win, and from which you may unsubscribe at any time via the link in the email.

3. Entry Restrictions

Receipt of entries will not be acknowledged. Proof of your entering information on the Entry Site does not constitute proof of entry. LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER ELIGIBLE ENTRANT, regardless of email address used to enter. Multiple entrants may not share the same email address. Duplicate entries are not eligible even if the same person is somehow able to access the entry form more than once. Any person who attempts to participate with multiple email addresses, under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter multiple times in violation of the preceding limit is subject to disqualification. Entries must be manually key-stroked. Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed or like means are prohibited and subject to disqualification. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, the entrant will be deemed to be the account holder of the email address identified in the entry. The account holder means the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. If multiple entries use the same email address, Sponsor may give effect to the first entry and disqualify all subsequent entries with the same email address.

4. Winner Determination and Notification; Odds.

After the Entry Period ends, three (3) Grand Prize winners will be selected via random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Odds to win a prize depend on number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Potential winners will be notified by email or voice phone call, in Sponsor’s discretion, after the Entry Period ends. Potential winners are required to respond to Sponsor’s initial notification attempt within 72 hours or prize may be forfeit. Potential winners will be required to complete, execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release and IRS Form W-9 (Request for Taxpayer Identification) within five (5) business days of receipt of this documentation. Sponsor reserves the right to request that the Affidavit be notarized. Winners may return an electronic advance copy of the documentation requested by secure email or as directed by Sponsor to a secure site, but the originals will also need to be timely received if so requested by Sponsor. In the event the potential winner fails to timely respond to initial attempt to notify them, the potential winner cannot be contacted for any reason, required documentation is not completed and/or returned in a timely manner, or in the event of non-compliance with any other requirement in these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Sponsor reserves all rights to verify eligibility, including by checking winner’s drivers’ license for age and residency eligibility.

5. Prize. Three (3) Grand Prizes will be awarded.

Grand Prize is winner’s choice (based on availability) of a guitar signed by George Strait, Cody Johnson, or Lainey Wilson. The first winner drawn will have first choice among available guitars; the second winner drawn will have second choice, and the third winner drawn will receive the remaining guitar. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the George Strait guitar is $1000.00, $1,500 for the Cody Johnson guitar, and $1,200.00 for the Lainey Wilson guitar, which includes cost of shipping within the United States). Guitars are provided on an “as is” basis without any representation as to type or model of guitar signed, sound quality or any other characteristic of the guitar. In the event that the cost to purchase a similar guitar as a collectible is more or less at the time the guitar is claimed by the winner, the change will have no effect on the ARV for the guitar described in these Official Rules. No exchanges or returns are permitted, provided that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize components of equal or greater value in the event of any unforeseen unavailability issues. Sponsor shall report the ARV of winner’s prize to the IRS as required by law. Winner is solely responsible for any and all tax implications from claiming or using the prize. Prize is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash. Prize is not transferable.

6. Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, except where prohibited by law, the winner hereby grants Sponsor and its designees the right to use winner’s name, address (city, state), likeness, photograph, other indicia of persona and/or statements made by winner regarding the prize, the Sweepstakes or the Sponsor for advertising/publicity/trade purposes by Sponsor without further compensation, notice, review or approval. Such use includes but is not limited to posting of winner’s likeness, photograph or information on the Wrangler Western Facebook®, Twitter®, and/or Instagram® pages.

Separate and apart from the release above, and even if the release above is restricted by laws where the winner resides, the winner’s name will be made public by Sponsor (i.e., Sponsor will disclose the name and city/state of the winner of this Sweepstakes as required by applicable laws, for example, for tax reporting purposes and to fulfill winner list requests under Section 11 below).

7. Limitations of Liability

Sponsor’s time-keeping device is the official time-keeping device for purposes of this Sweepstakes. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for (a) any incomplete, incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by web site users, tampering, hacking or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error; (b) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of any web site or entries, failures in notifications, delay or delivery of notifications, or misdirected notifications based on inaccurate contact information; and (c) any problems or technical malfunctions of any internet service provider, network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, programming or failure of email on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof, or for injury or damage to entrants or to any person’s computer or mobile device (or any information/materials stored therein) related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes. (The preceding includes but is not limited to any defect/irregularity/malfunction which interrupts or interferes with the availability of the entry form.) Sponsor and its service providers supporting the Entry Site also assume no responsibility for late, lost, illegible/garbled, incomplete, damaged, inaccessible, corrupted or jumbled e-mail transmissions or entries regardless of cause; and, all such entries are void. Sponsor is not liable for merchandise delivery issues, which may need to be addressed with the carrier, or use or misuse of any Grand Prize components.

By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant indemnifies, releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsor, and its affiliates and its and their directors, officers, agents, representatives, shareholders, employees, successors and assigns (“Released Entities”) from any and all liability arising from participating in the Sweepstakes, any Sweepstakes-related activity and/or acceptance, receipt, possession or use/misuse of the prize.

Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering (or attempting to tamper) with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or any web site; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules or to be acting in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. The preceding in no way precludes Sponsor from taking other actions against such individuals so as to protect its rights. Sponsor shall not be required to award more than the stated number of prizes (one). Any unclaimed portion of the Grand Prize is forfeit.

8. Force Majeure

If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes (or any part thereof) is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, or other malicious code, hacks, ransomware attacks, other tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, fire, flood, storm or other natural disasters, riots, strike, civil commotion, civil unrest, governmental regulation, changes in law, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which, in its sole opinion, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes (or any part thereof), Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and conduct the Sweepstakes and select the prize winner in a manner which is fair, equitable and in accordance with these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, which may include selecting the winner at random from entries received prior to the suspension, early termination or other disruption. Notice of such action by Sponsor will be posted on the Wrangler Western Facebook page, Twitter page and Instagram page.

9. PRIVACY NOTICE

Sponsor collects personal data when you enter the Sweepstakes in order to administer the Sweepstakes and send you emails with separate offers of interest (from which you may unsubscribe at any time via the link in the footer). Receiving promotional emails from Sponsor is not required to participate or win in this Sweepstakes and does not affect the odds to win. Entering the Sweepstakes constitutes your permission for the Sponsor and its affiliated companies to maintain the data submitted to enter and/or claim the prize (if you win) in the U.S. The data is collected to maintain a record of those who have entered the Sweepstakes, to contact the potential winner, and, in the case of residents of the U.S. only, for marketing purposes in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy at www.wrangler.com. Sponsor also reserves the right to publicize the winner as indicated in Section 6 (Publicity Release) or at a minimum disclose their name and city/state under Section 11 (Winner List).

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION/GOVERNING LAW/WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating in the Sweepstakes, (a) you agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes, any prize awarded, these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of any entrant and/or Sponsor shall be filed in state court in Guilford County, North Carolina USA or in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina, and you hereby consent and submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action (and waive any right to change of venue, forum non conveniens, or any like right); YOU HEREBY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY; (c) you agree any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, any prize awarded or these Official Rules, and/or the rights and obligations of any entrant and/or Sponsor, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and (c) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred (if any), including costs associated with participating in this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys' fees; and (d) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and you hereby waive, all rights to claim punitive, exemplary, special, incidental, indirect and consequential damages and any other damages (whether due to negligence or otherwise), other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of any entrant and/or Sponsor, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina USA without giving effect or regard to any principles or doctrines of conflicts of law/choice of law of the State of North Carolina USA or of any other jurisdiction.

11. Winner’s List

For the names of winners (first name, last initial; city/state) following confirmation of the winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Sponsor at the address below indicating the name of this Sweepstakes in your request. Requests must be received by March 13, 2026. This Sweepstakes may not be published or republished elsewhere without the written permission of Sponsor which may be granted or withheld in its sole discretion.
