Please Note: Processing returns and exchanges is currently delayed up to two weeks.

US Holiday Extension:
Orders placed 10/3/2024 — 12/31/2024 are eligible for return or exchange through 1/31/2025. Orders placed starting 1/1/2025 will adhere to the 30-day return policy. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have any questions, please Contact Us.

Wrangler stands behind the quality of everything we sell, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your Wrangler.com purchase, you are welcome to return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Returned or exchanged garments must be in their original unused condition with tags attached. Select products, such as products marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

For eligible return items, a $7.99 processing fee will be deducted from your refund. Please see more information below about our policy.

Start A Return or Exchange

Returns:

  • Returned garments must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached. Items ordered from Wrangler.com may not be returned through retail stores. Items purchased at retail stores may not be returned to Wrangler.com.

  • For eligible US returns, a $7.99 processing fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping charges are not refunded.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanged garments must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached. Items purchased at retails stores are not eligible for online exchanges at this time. Currently we only allow size exchanges online, if you would like to try a different color please contact us and we'd be happy to help.

Ready to start a Return or Exchange?:

  • After signing into your account, you can go to Order History and click on the order with the item(s) you want to return or exchange.

  • Don't have an account? Click here to look up your order and begin the process.

  • At this time, returns and exchanges must be processed separately. If you have any questions please contact us and we'd be happy to help.

After signing into your account, you can go to Order History and click on the order with the item(s) you want to return or exchange.

  • If you need a different size, you can do it all from your account. After signing into your account, you can go to Order History and click on the order with the item you want to exchange. Click “Exchange Item” and follow the instructions from there.

  • Additionally, you can use your order number, email address and billing zip code to start the exchange process. Click here to begin.

  • If you are not satisfied with the color of your item and would like to try a different one, please contact us.

If you do not have an account, you can look up your order Order Lookup. Then click Initiate Return or Exchange Item and follow the instructions.

You can find your order confirmation number in the order email. If you don't have your order number, you can sign into your account and view your Order History. If you don't have an account, please contact us and we will give you your order number.

Once we receive the returned or exchanged item, we will process your refund minus any return processing fee when applicable.

Items purchased online may not be returned or exchanged through our retail stores.

Items purchased in-store may not be returned or exchanged online.

Visit our Contact Us page and send us a request for a return. Please include your Order ID.

Once you complete processing your return/exchange you will have a return shipping label and return receipt that you will need to print out.

For a new or different style than purchased, you will need to return the item and place a new order. If an item you selected is out of stock, you can return the item for a full refund.

If the size you want is out of stock, you can return the item for a full refund and sign up to be notified if applicable.

The return process is the same for any method of payment. Your refund will be credited back to the payment method used to place your order.

  • During an exchange, you will proceed through the checkout process as usual, receiving a new order for the exchanged products. There will be no additional fees charged; you will only be billed the amount of your exchanged item.

  • To receive the refund from your original garment, you will need to print the return shipping label and return the item(s) you would like to exchange..

Wrangler Reborn products are not eligible to be exchanged but refunded only.
