Wrangler.com stands behind the quality of everything we sell and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it in original unused condition with tags attached for any reason within 60 days of purchase.

Visit our Contact Us page and send us a request for a return. Please include your Order ID.
- Complete the Returns Form that was included with your order. If you don't have the Returns Form, click here for a blank Returns Form that you can print out.
- Repackage garments in a secure shipping container along with the completed Returns Form. Garments being returned for a refund must be in original condition with all original tags attached. Wrangler shipping bags can be reused for returning garments.
- Attach the orange return address label that was included with your order to your shipping container. If you don't have the orange address label, click here for an address label that you can print out. Please Note: Wrangler® is not responsible for lost packages, so we recommend that you insure your package when you return it to us.
If you don’t have your order number or you received the item as a gift, please contact consumer relations so we can help you to get the order number.
Received returns are generally processed within ten business days of receipt. Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement.
