What methods of payment does accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo are also accepted.

The address I typed into the billing address section is correct, but the website is not accepting it. What should I do?
Does the address you typed match the address on file with your credit card company? If it does, but you still encounter a problem ordering from us, please call Consumer Relations at 1-888-784-8571 for further assistance. Please do not email us credit card information.

Why does my credit card or debit card show two charges?
Often, online purchases appear as two transactions when you view your recent credit card purchase history, but this is only a temporary scenario. When you make an online purchase, an authorization is placed on your card, temporarily setting aside funds for that purchase, without actually debiting your account. At Wrangler, we don't actually settle that purchase until the order ships.  Once the order is shipped, your account is debited the purchase amount. The original authorization is released within 72 hours from the time of order. Although this process is standard across most online retailers, it can be confusing to see two transactions. Ultimately, however, this process ensures that you are only actually charged when your order is shipped. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Why won't my promotion code work?
Sounds simple, but first make sure you are entering the correct code. Please note that our promotion codes are "case sensitive", which means that the case of the letters in the code matter: capitalize upper-case letters and don't capitalize lower-case letters.  Also, refer to the terms and conditions associated with the particular promotion code you are trying to use to confirm that your purchase is eligible for the promotion. Most of our promotion codes have expiration dates, and many are only eligible for use a single time. If you continue to experience difficulty using a promotion code, please contact us. And, make sure you are signed up to receive our promotional emails so that you don't miss out on the latest offer.

How do I know when my order has shipped?
There are two options for verifying that your order has shipped.  First, double check your email for a shipping confirmation message from A link to track your package was provided in this email. Second, if you have a account, log in, view your order history and select an order to see its status. If you cannot locate your email and are unable to log in to your account, contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

How do I track my order?
We will send you an email when your order has shipped. This email will include a tracking number and shipping method. Please note, depending on the items you ordered, your order may be delivered in multiple shipments.

Most orders shipped within the continental United States are sent by UPS.  To track your UPS shipment(s), go to and enter your tracking number(s).

Orders not shipped within the lower 48 continental United States may be sent by USPS or by FedEx.  To track your USPS shipment(s), go to and enter your tracking number(s). To track your FedEx shipment(s), go to

Can I ship my order to someone else or to an address that is different than my credit card billing address?
Yes, orders can be shipped to a different address than the billing address. During checkout, after you enter your shipping address, you will have the option to enter a billing address, which can be different from the shipping address. Please note, your order may be delivered in multiple shipments.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We strive to get your Wrangler products to you quickly. Before your order is handed over to a shipping company, it is processed. Processing times vary between several hours and several business days. Orders shipped with Standard Shipping (to the lower 48 states) are typically in transit 2 to 7 business days. Orders shipped with Express Shipping are in transit 2 business days. Please note, orders may arrive in multiple shipments. If you have any concerns about your order arriving on time or which shipment method is appropriate for your needs, contact us before placing your order.

Why can't I find my favorite Wrangler item?
There are several reasons you might not find a specific product. Some products may only be available in certain stores. Others may only be available during certain seasons.  Still others may have been discontinued or are presently out of stock. If you cannot find the product you are looking for, please contact us. If we can't find a replacement product, we can use your feedback, along with feedback from other customers like you, to determine which styles we need to bring back to or your favorite Wrangler retailer.

What can I do if I think one of your product descriptions is wrong?

Why do Alaska and Hawaii orders not qualify for Free Shipping?
Free shipping is only for standard ground shipping by UPS (United Parcel Service) or by the U.S. Postal Service. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped express by FedEx 2 day shipping.

How do I sign in to my account?
Click the My Account link located at the top of any page on  If you already have an account, you can enter your email address and password.  If you are a new customer, you can create an account by clicking the Sign Up button and following the instructions.

How do I update my account information, including changes to my home/email address and password?
Sign in to (see question above) and click the Personal Info link located on the left section of the page. Here, you will be able to update your name, email, password and security question. While signed in, click on the Address Book link in the left section of the page to update your shipping and billing addresses.

How do I update my credit card information in my account?
For your security, we don't save your credit card information on the website when you place an order. Your billing address is saved; you can update both billing and shipping addresses by clicking on Address Book link in the left section of the page.

What do I do if my password doesn't work?

On the Log In page, click on "forgot password," located underneath the username and password boxes. This will open a new page, where you will be asked for your email address. Enter your email, and we will send you a new temporary password. Follow the instructions in the email to log in with the temporary password. After you log in, you can change your password.

Flame Resistant Clothing

How do I choose the correct Flame Resistant Garments?
Any flame and thermal protective fabric must provide the wearer with the expected degree of protection for the useful life of the garment. Garments are specified based on the employer's evaluation of workplace hazards. Protective garments, which function as wearing apparel for normal work activities, must be comfortable and durable while achieving appearance that is acceptable to both the employer and the wearer. In addition to these general considerations, there may be other hazards present such as chemical or molten substance exposure. Finally, these multi-use garments must be able to withstand laundering to remove soils and flammable contaminants and be returned to service without excessive color loss, fuzzing/pilling (surface appearance change) or excessive shrinkage.

What is the Employer's Responsibility?
Under paragraph 5a1, the General Duty clause of the federal OSHA Act, it is the employer's responsibility to identify risks and hazards in the workplace and seek out appropriate protective garments and equipment for the protection of workers. In making this hazard assessment, the employer must consider the risks present and the most appropriate means of addressing those risks. Where ignition risks are present, flame-resistant protective apparel can be a prudent part of an action plan to address those concerns.

How are flame resistant garments washed and cared for?
Flame resistant apparel should be washed using soft water (<4.0 grains). Hard water can affect cleaning and contains mineral salts that can form insoluble deposits on the fabric. These deposits can negate the flame resistant characteristics of the garment, and may serve as fuel if garments are exposed to an ignition source. 100% cotton garments can be laundered by normal procedures used for any 100% cotton garments. Laundry shrinkage of up to 5% can be expected, although exposure to excessive dryer temperatures will result in much higher shrinkage. Starches, fabric softeners and other laundry additives should be avoided. DO NOT USE CHLORINE BLEACH. DO NOT USE INDUSTRIAL LAUNDRY DETERGENTS OR OTHER CHEMICALS CONTAINING HYDROGEN PEROXIDE.
