US Holiday Extension:
Orders placed 10/3/2024 — 12/31/2024 are eligible for return or exchange through 1/31/2025. Orders placed starting 1/1/2025 will adhere to the 30-day return policy. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have any questions, please Contact Us.
Wrangler stands behind the quality of everything we sell, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your Wrangler.com purchase, you are welcome to return it for any reason within 60 days of purchase. Returned garments must be in their original unused condition with tags attached.
For eligible return items, a C$25 processing fee will be deducted from your refund. Please see more information below about our policy.

You can find your order confirmation number in the order email. If you don't have your order number, you can sign into your account and view your Order History. If you don't have an account, please contact us and we will give you your order number.
Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund minus any return processing fee when applicable.
Items purchased online may not be returned through our retail stores.
Items purchased in-store may not be returned online.
Visit our contact us page and send us a request for a return. Please include your Order ID.
One you complete processing your return you will have a label and form that you will need to print out. Place the form in the package before sealing. Tape the shipping label to the package.

If the size you want is out of stock, you can return the item for a full refund and sign up to be notified if applicable.

The return process is the same for any method of payment. Your refund will be credited back to the payment method used to place your order.
Wrangler Reborn products are not eligible to be exchanged but refunded only.
