STANDARD SHIPPING

  • Standard shipments for orders within the continental United States are shipped by the United Parcel Service (UPS) and will arrive within 7-10 business days (Monday-Friday, not including holidays and weekends).
  • Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, APO or FPO addresses could take up to 14 days. Orders will be delivered by the United States Postal Service (USPS).
  • Orders received after 12:00 noon EST on Friday are processed the following Monday.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

  • Express shipment requires the same processing time as a regular order but shipping transit time is faster.
  • Express shipments will arrive within 2-5 business days (Monday to Friday, not including holidays and weekends) via UPS. Express orders placed Friday after 3:00 PM CST will not be processed until the following Monday.
  • Express shipping is not available for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.
  • Orders received after 12:00 noon EST on Friday are processed the following Monday.

RETURNS

Wrangler.com stands behind the quality of everything we sell and hope you're happy with your purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you're welcome to return it for any reason within 60 days of purchase. Click here to download our Returns Form as a PDF document. (Download Adobe Reader for PDF viewing here). Enclose the completed form with your returned merchandise and simply return the product by mail.  Use the orange label provided in your package for your shipping mailing address label. 

To receive a refund, all products must be returned in original condition and all tags must be attached. Returns may not be made to the distribution center address from which they were shipped.

 Please be sure to pack and seal your return securely. Wrangler® is not responsible for lost packages. We suggest that you insure your package when you mail it so you may file a claim with the postal carrier, if necessary. Insurance for your package may be purchased through the Post Office at a minimal cost. United Parcel Service rates include insurance.   

                                            

 

Our Full One-Year Warranty states:

If either the workmanship or materials in a garment are defective, please return it and a replacement or refund will be made. This warranty is void if the garment has been subjected to accidental damage, abuse or is worn out. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

If you are returning a defective garment, please call Consumer Relations at 1-888-784-8571, and we will send you a prepaid shipping label for the return. You are responsible for shipping costs on all other returns, and shipping charges will not be refunded. We do not accept COD shipments. Please do not return garments to the distribution center address from which they were shipped.

Once your return arrives at our facility, please allow 7-10 business days for Wrangler to receive your return, and another 30 days for refund processing. Please contact Consumer Relations at 1-888-784-8571 with any questions or to discuss a defective garment.

For your refund to be processed promptly, please supply the following information:

I can't seem to track my package. What is the status?

There are two options for tracking your order:
Double-check your email for a shipping confirmation message from Wrangler.com. A link to track your package was provided in this email. Or just log in to Your Account on Wrangler.com, view your order history and track your package there.
If you have lost your email or are unable to log in to your account, just contact us by email or call 1-888-784-8571. Please note, your order may be delivered in multiple shipments.

How do I track my order?

We'll let you know when your order has shipped via email. This email will include a tracking number and shipping method.  Please note, depending on the items you ordered and their location in our warehouses, your order may be delivered in multiple shipments.  Enter the tracking number(s) into the UPS or USPS website to follow the path of your order from our warehouse to your destination. If you have created an account at Wrangler.com, you may view the order status online: Log In, then click Order History from the left navigation. Just select the order you wish to track and click "Track Shipment."

Can I ship my order to someone else or a different address?

Yes, orders can be shipped to a different address than the billing address. After you enter your billing address during checkout, you'll have the option to enter a new shipping address (different from the billing address).  Please note, your order may be delivered in multiple shipments.

How long will my order take to arrive, including processing and shipping?

We work hard to process your order quickly. It may take your shipment 7-14 business days, excluding holidays, to arrive.  Please note, orders may arrive in multiple shipments.  If you have any concerns about your order arriving on time or which shipment method is appropriate for your needs, contact us by email or call us at 1-888-784-8571.

How do I know when my order ships?

When your order ships, you'll receive an email confirmation including the tracking number (s).

Why can't I find my favorite style?

There are a few reasons you might not find a specific product. Some products may not be available for online purchase on Wrangler.com. Others may have been discontinued or are only available at a specific retailer. Either way, contact us by email or call 1-888-784-8571. By letting us know you love a particular product, you, along with other customers with the same requests, might bring that product back to stores.

One of your product descriptions is wrong.

How do I become a Wrangler® model?

We are under contract with our advertising agency for the creation, production and placement of all our print and broadcast media. They choose models through contacts with modeling agencies, celebrity talent agents and our own endorsees. What methods of payment does Wrangler.com accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo are also accepted.  

The address I typed is correct, but the website is not accepting it. What should I do?

Does the address you typed match the address on file with the credit card company? If you still encounter a problem after you've verified that the address matches, please call Consumer Relations at 1-888-784-8571 for further assistance.    

My promotion code doesn't seem to work?

Sounds simple, but please make sure you're entering the right code. If problems persist, please refer to the terms and conditions associated with the promotion code. It's possible that particular promotion is no longer valid. In those cases, be sure to sign up for our email program to get the latest special offers. You can also contact us by email or call us at 1-888-784-8571 for help.    

Can I use a debit card?

Yes, debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo are accepted.      

Why does my credit card or debit card show two charges?

Sometimes credit/debit card transaction listings online contain two transactions, but this is only a temporary scenario. When a purchase is made, an authorization charge is placed on credit/debit cards which temporarily hold funds on an account. This is not actually a charge on your card. Once the order has been shipped, this authorization becomes an approval and charges your account. The authorization is released at a maximum of 72 hours from the time of order.

How do I sign in to Wrangler.com?

If you have a Wrangler.com account, click the Log In link located at the top of the screen to access My Account and enter your email address and password. If you are a new customer, click the Log In link and create an account by following the instructions provided.        

How do I update my account information, including changes to my home/email address and password?

Sign in to Wrangler.com and click the Personal Info link located in the left navigation of the screen. In this section, you'll be able to update your name, email, password and security question. While signed in, click on the Address Book link in the left navigation to update your shipping and billing addresses.

How do I update my payment information in my account?

For your security, we never save your credit card information when you place an order.

What do I do if my password doesn't work?

In the Log In page, click on "forgot password," located underneath where you sign in. This will open a new page, where you'll be asked for your email address. Enter your email, and we'll send you a new temporary password. Follow the instructions on the email to log in with the temporary password, along with your email address, to access your Wrangler.com account. No worries. It's easy. From there, just reset your password to something easy to remember.

 

Flame Resistant Clothing Information

How do I choose the correct Flame- Resistant Garments?

Any flame and thermal protective fabric must provide the wearer with the expected degree of protection for the useful life of the garment. Garments are specified based on the employer's evaluation of workplace hazards. Protective garments, which function as wearing apparel for normal work activities, must be comfortable and durable while achieving appearance that is acceptable to both the employer and the wearer. In addition to these general considerations, there may be other hazards present such as chemical or molten substance exposure. Finally, these multi-use garments must be able to withstand laundering to remove soils and flammable contaminants and be returned to service without excessive color loss, fuzzing/pilling (surface appearance change) or excessive shrinkage.

What is the Employer's Responsibility?

Under paragraph 5a1, the General Duty clause of the federal OSHA Act, it is the employer's responsibility to identify risks and hazards in the workplace and seek out appropriate protective garments and equipment for the protection of workers. In making this hazard assessment, the employer must consider the risks of present and the most appropriate means of addressing those risks. Where ignition risks are present, flame-resistant protective apparel can become a prudent part of an action plan to address those concerns.

Processing/Cleaning

Flame resistant apparel should be washed using soft water (<4.0 grains). Hard water can affect cleaning and contains mineral salts that can form insoluble deposits on the fabric. These deposits can negate the flame resistant characteristics of the garment, and may serve as fuel if garments are exposed to an ignition source. 100% cotton garments can be laundered by normal procedures used for any 100% cotton garments. Laundry shrinkage of up to 5% can be expected, although exposure to excessive dryer temperatures will result in much higher shrinkage. Starches, fabric softeners and other laundry additives should be avoided. DO NOT USE CHLORINE BLEACH. DO NOT USE INDUSTRIAL LAUNDRY DETERGENTS OR OTHER CHEMICALS CONTAINING HYDROGEN PEROXIDE.
