Wrangler® Western Unlined Denim Jacket
Favorite Jacket for years
After 20 plus years my old jacket needed replacing.
Ordered online, website was good and shipping was fine , except UPS tossed package at door and left.
New jacket is great fitted perfect X-large. Only thing is holes for buttons have lots of loose threads hanging, been so long since last new jacket con not remember if this is normal.

Just what I expected as a replacement.
The inner pockets are an important feature to me. Unfortunately, the product description does not mention them. This is sad because this feature sets Wrangler apart from its competitors. Fortunately, one of the other reviewers mentioned the inner pockets, so it was a safe bet to order this as the replacement for my favorite jacket. This is the 3rd Wrangler jacket of this type I have bought in the last 40 years. That means the first two lasted 20 years each and I wear it almost daily. Hope the jacket is still available when I need another in 20 years.

Great quality, just as it was back in the fifties.
Started wearing these jackets in the fifties. This is my third one.
Have always thought they were the best jean jackets made.
This one appears to live up to that standard.

The material is harsh
There seems to be no way to soften the texture. I washed it several times, but that didn't seem to help. Can't denim be made soft?

Nicer than expected, almost as nice as my 25 year old Wrangler denim jacket (that hasn't fit me in years, but is still hanging in my closet). Sleeve length was fine (i have long arms), but it's just a little tight around the gut - my fault - gained 13 lbs from chemo the past 2 months (Dieting/exercising - will lose the weight within a few weeks).
I found out after I ordered that there is a pre-washed version of this jacket too - wish I had ordered that version but I may very slightly bleach this one to make it look a little less blue.
I'm very, very happy with this purchase.

Recommended with reservations
Tell the Mexican fabrication facility, where this jacket was made, to please make sure that the button holes are, at least, the same size of the button that is supposed to go thru them. I had to use a razor blade to enlarge the button hole sizes.
