Material creased badly Washed the jeans right after I received them. The way the jeans were factory folded left an noticeable faded crease line along side of the stitched seams on the inner and outer legs, and the material was like stiff cardboard. What a waste of money. July 8, 2014
Easy to use website and as always great jeans Website was easy to navigate, had a wide availability of styles, sizes. May 19, 2014
Great Jeans Very much like the fit for a slim person. Also value the 2 extra belt loops in the back vs. competition, keeps the waist neater when belted. May 2, 2014
These jeans are extremely durable I had been wearing the 13mwz jeans since 1992 and found them to affordable and durable. I tried a pair of the 00047mwz jeans 2 years ago and found them almost indestructible. My retailer is not expecting a shipment any time in the near future and shows none of the rigid jeans (the ones I prefer) on their order. I will be ordering directly from Wrangler for this reason. Thank you for putting a high quality product back on the market. July 8, 2013
Quality, old school jeans. Material is nice and thick. I'm a Levi's Jeans guy but wanted to try other brands. My only complaint about these is that obnoxious 'W' sewn on both of the back pockets, it reminds me of Charlie Brown's shirt. (I removed both W's with small scissors.) Besides that, if you want an old school pair of thick jeans, these are a good buy. May 16, 2013
Just like the old days Ever notice how thin today's jeans feel, well these are not today's jeans. Fantastic fit, heavy duty, and are now my favorites. I'm sure these will last as long as I do! October 16, 2012

Answer:
The rigid denim will shrink 15-20 percent depending on how you care for the Jean. They are cut bigger in the waist and inseam to accommodate most of the shrinking. I however do not suggest drying them in the dryer unless you really want a snug fitting Jean in the seat and thigh. The last pair I purchased I soaked them in a tub of hot water for about an hour and then hung them to dry. This helped to set the color and remove some of the stiffness. I wore them several times befor I washed them in the washer and only use cold water to refuse the risk of shrinking and spool or loss. If you dry them use a low temp setting and do not dry them fully let them hang to dry after about 30 min drying on low.

I tried both on at a store but not sure if I felt a slight difference or if that is the tolerance in the different pants ?

Answer:
The 47MWZ regular is a modern fitting version of the 13MWZ original fit. The 47MWZ has deeper front pockets and a lower cut on the pocket opening. The waist sits a little lower than the original fit. Overall they fit about the same but with some minor differences that make the 47MWZ a mor comfortable and functional Jean. The leg seams are double stitches upon the inside which gives them a more comfortable feel on the legs.
