Super Comfort! I usually wear the 47mwz and sometimes the 13mwz. I don't like the 13mwz as well due to the small pockets. These pants have the deep pockets like the 47's do and look almost identical. I was told by some people and saw posts to order them 2 sizes smaller. I did and the pants were way too tight. I finally ended up at my regular size after a few exchanges and they fit perfect! Wrangler must have figured out the sizing.11-24-2014. For years I have given my wife flack over her "stretch jeans". Now that I have these, I feel like they are the same thing. Don't get me wrong, you can't tell at all and they look totally normal but feel like your wearing sweats. I just won't tell my wife and save the harassment she will give me. They seem to be very durable so far. At least as good as my other jeans if not better. I have yet to wear a pair out. I work construction so they take a beating. I can see how the stretching will prevent ripping in the knee area. I usually just wear them out/thin. If only they were made here in the USA, I would never look for another pair of pants again!! I would definitely give them a shot!! November 24, 2014
The Cool Vantage Wrangler jean is the best! for hot weather work or play. The most comfortable jean I have ever worn and the cool is beyond belief. I will be trying heavy starch at the laundry. It is truly a new generation jean with high tech features and down home comfort. This is a year around product for everyone in a enclosed environment or above normal temperatures. The hot natured individual will buy nothing else. August 26, 2014
Excellent jeans and very comfortable. Too expensive. These jeans are very comfortable and the look is still totally Wrangler. Nice fit, when you get them right. Actually ordered a couple of different pair until the fit was right. Waist is larger than standard size Wrangler jeans so I had to order a couple fo pair before I got the fit right, but as usual Wrangler just took the others back, no problem. Great look, good fit, need to come down in price. Silly expensive. August 11, 2014
Very Comfortable I have several pairs of Wrangler Jeans (936,935,945, 36MWZ, 47MWZ, 13MWZ) all great jeans and several pair that are more than 15 years old and still in great shape. These are probably one of the more comfortable jeans because of the stretching the fabric does as you bend and move. I did order my usual size 36X38 but has to return them for a 34X38 as the waist and seat was a bit large so they are cut a little larger than the 47MWZ jeans that I own. Either way great jeans and I expect to have them as long as my others. August 27, 2014
Great jean Bought one pair to see how they fit and I like it that they run a little bigger in the thighs and waist than normal cowboy cut. like the one pair so much just purchased two more pair. March 6, 2014
Amazingly comfortable cowboy cut jeans I prefer the look of Wrangler cowboy cut jeans, and these have added a new level of comfort for an active older guy. Previous reviews are correct - these run a bit large. I'm normally a 33 waist and ordered 33. Had to exchange them for 32. Those fit pretty good and were real comfortable, but slightly large in the thighs. I just received my second pair (I said I liked 'em) in a different tint, and ordered a 31 waist. Perfect! They're a bit pricy, but they look great and are super comfortable. February 21, 2014

Is cowboy cut also slim fit?

I have a couple pairs of Wrangler 36MWZ slim fit...I like the fit, but would like some stretch in them as well. Are the 47MAC Premium Performance Cowboy Cut a slim fit or a regular fit? I prefer slim to baggy or relaxed. Thanks in advance for any info.

Answer:
The 47MAC is cut more like the 47MWZ/13MWZ. I purchaed a pair and the cut is a little loose compared to the 47MWZ and 13MWZ.

Answer:
I don't know if I'd consider them slim, but they certainly aren't baggy. They just feel really good and look really good. I'm 62 and wear them with sport coats for work and just a shirt for socializing. They work nicely for both. You'll be happy with them

Answer:
They're the regular fit. They run big, so if you order 1 or 2 inches under normal waist size, they fit pretty good, and the stretch makes them comfortable. I'm 5'11" 160 lb, with no butt. I'm normally a 33 waist, and the 31 waist fits me great in these. I used to like the slim fit, but they were just too tight for me.

Is the only difference between the two that these are 2X longer lasting? I'd like to know the reason for their difference in price.

Answer:
I purchased a pair and they are the same cut at the 47MWZ but are a cotton spandex polyester blend. So the jeans are a stretch fabric.

Answer:
The Premium Performance Advanced Comfort Cowboy Cut® jean is built to be longer-lasting, but the big difference is the unique fabric blend that is made to move with you, offering superior comfort when sitting, bending, or squatting. Both jeans have authentic western styling, deep front pockets, and a functional watch pocket.
