i like em
this is the second time ive come to the wranglers website to purchase my new pants, largely because my go-to retailer in my hometown has shut down. unfortunately i found the website to be greater in cost than shopping in real life. i wear my pants everyday, but in the first 4 weeks theyve already torn several small times. this is disconcerting. my go-to retailer carried american made wranglers, which was why i went to them. after this experience shopping online, i doubt i will come back to yalls website for my next purchase.

I am 6'3" and 145 lbs so rather tall and very skinny. The 936 are perfect for me! I have one pair in the GBK stonewash finish and they are great! I also have the 936 George Strait which are equally as great! my other pairs of wranglers include premium performance both 36 MWZ(also fantastic) and 47MWZ (not good for skinny people) and the 77MWZ Retro Slim Boot (not slim enough!) overall any of the 936 that I have tried have been perfect fit true to size I get the 31x36 and have not one bad thing to say! Will buy more for sure.

Only Quality is good
Fit seems to be a big problem for the Mother company, Wrangler. I wear a comfortable 28 waist in everything I buy. Any 28 I buy from the Mother company are like 27's. I almost can't button these because my bones get in the way. Any other company fits like a comfortable 28. I find I have to order 29's from this Wrangler in order to get a correct fit. Not sure why the Mother company would skew like that.

936 in Green Rock like none other.
About 4 months ago, I had a dilemma. I had a custom made Smiths T Shirt made, but needed a pair of jeans to match the color combination perfectly. At that time, I went to Ebay and saw some Wrangler Ben jeans from the U.K that appeared to be somewhat of a bluish green/emerald color, so I purchased the pair (even though they were way over-priced). It seems that in the U.K many Wrangler models aren't sold with odd numbered waist sizes (I'm a 31), so I ordered a pair with a 32 waist. When I received the jeans, I was dismayed that the color was not the same as what I had observed on Ebay, but the waist was also way too big.
After sending that pair back and getting refunded, I decided to go with the typical 936 (slim fit) model sold here in the U.S. When I realized that the figures on my t shirt were almost dark green, I decided to get a pair of Wrangler 936KMT's, being that I haven't seen any other jeans on the market quite as green. The only draw back in my hometown is availability in this particular color. I'm absolutely happy with this pair of jeans. Not only does the color match my t shirt perfectly, but the fit is amazing as well. With these jeans, I strongly recommend washing them inside out and hang drying, so that the color doesn't bleed in the washer and to prevent the pair from acquiring a tacky stone washed look. Switch them out with as many jeans as possible to preserve a solid color. Now I only wish that Wrangler wood bring back its 'Oxblood' color 936 BLT jeans, which I consider to be just as punk rock.

Best I have worn and have had them for years almost exclusively. Few things. The rivets rust and stain the light colors I wear. Then the rivets tear the seat behind the rear pockets, I am a slim guy and wear a 29x36 boot cut slim fit, and they are perfect for a short time, but once the rivets rust, they go fast. They feel good and look good and will continue to wear them. Have not found anything comparable.
