Returns

Wrangler.com stands behind the quality of everything we sell and we want you to be happy with your purchase.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it in original unused condition with tags attached for any reason within 60 days of purchase. In order to return your merchandise to us for a refund, please follow the instructions below.

1.  Complete the Returns Form that was included with your order. If you don't have the Returns Form, click here for a blank Returns Form that you can print out.

2.  Repackage products in a secure shipping box along with the completed Returns Form. Products being returned for a refund must be in original condition with all original tags attached.

3.  Attach the orange return address label that was included with your order to your shipping box.   If you don't have the orange address label, click here for an address label that you can print out. Please Note: Wrangler┬« is not responsible for lost packages, so we recommend that you insure your package when you return it to us.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or color of an item that you ordered within the last sixty days, then you can exchange the unwanted item for a replacement. In order to perform an exchange, simply use our online exchange form to order a replacement item. You will not be charged shipping for your replacement item.

Full One-Year Warranty

If either the workmanship or materials in a garment are defective, return it to us and a replacement or refund will be made. This warranty is void if the garment has been subjected to accidental damage, abuse or is worn out. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

If you are returning a defective garment, please call Consumer Relations at 1-888-784-8571 (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm EST), in order to receive a prepaid shipping envelope for the return. When you call, you may be asked for your:

  • order number
  • name
  • address
  • daytime phone number
  • email address
  • reason for the return

Please note that we do not accept COD shipments, and if the item is returned by any means other than the prepaid shipping envelope that we send you, you will be responsible for shipping charges, and such charges are non-refundable. Please do not return garments to the address from which they were shipped, unless that is the address printed on the prepaid shipping envelope you are sent.

Once your returned garment arrives at our facility, please allow four to six weeks for us to process the return. Please contact Consumer Relations at 1-888-784-8571 (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm EST) for assistance with returned garments.
