What is the Wrangler® warranty policy?

Limited One Year Warranty

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. This warranty does not apply to licensed products, including Wrangler® branded socks, jewelry, cowboy hats, or sunglasses. For warranty information on these products, please contact the manufacturer or call us directly at 1-888-784-8571.

We warrant that during the warranty period, the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Our responsibility for defective goods is limited to repair, replacement or refund.

If either the workmanship or materials in a garment are defective, return it to us at VF Jeanswear Quality 1421 South Elm Eugene St., Greensboro, NC 27406.

Is normal wear and tear covered by warranty?

The Wrangler® warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, but it does not cover normal wear and tear. Wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal use. Regardless of how carefully you use, or how well you care for your Wrangler® product, it will eventually begin to show age and wear.

What is the Wrangler RIGGS lifetime warranty?

Wrangler® RIGGS Workwear® products (excluding socks and flame resistant apparel) are warrantied against defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.  If this product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship we will replace the product with an identical garment or a reasonable replacement if the identical garment is no longer available. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. 

What should I do if I have a warranty claim?

Please contact us if you have specific questions about warranty claims.  When you call, you may be asked for:

  • order number (if applicable)
  • name
  • address
  • daytime phone number
  • email address
  • reason for the return

Please note that we do not accept COD shipments.  If you are sent a prepaid return label, please be sure to return your garment to us using that label.  Returns sent by any other method may result in additional shipping charges and such charges are non-refundable. 

Once your returned garment arrives at our facility, please allow four to six weeks for us to process the return.
